There are many free and low-cost exercise programs in Brantford and Brant county for seniors.   This includes ARTC's S.A.F.E. Zone programs as well as exercise programs offered by other agencies.

Healthy Living…Healthy Aging

Safe Zone is a community based exercise program offered by ARTC at various locations throughout the City of Brantford and the County of Brant.

S.A.F.E. Zone is a free exercise program for seniors.  It is designed to help seniors remain independent by promoting strength, agility, flexibility and endurance. Program offers tips and tools to prevent falls and stay safe around your home.

ARTC has moved

Weekly ARTC Caregiver Group Meetings - Monday mornings..

Caregivers were recognized through the Heroes in the Home  awards on May 5, 2014.

ARTC satellite program at the Willett in Paris is now offered Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Stroke Recovery Group Meetings:
2nd Tuesday of each month. 1:30 - 3:30 pm at ARTCCall ARTC to register at

Caregiver Support Meetings:  Third Thursday of every month at ARTC from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
